Built to Suit (BTS)
LATIS offers an end-to-end solution for building new sites for our customers. LATIS acquires new sites, negotiates land lease contracts, subcontracts civil and electro-mechanical works to reputable partners and delivers a ready site to its customers. Customers will then “plug and play” their telecom equipment. Through BTS services:
LATIS assumes responsibility for the required capital expenditures and provides infrastructure as a service to its customers.
LATIS relieves the operators from network rollout responsibilities, so they are focused on offering the latest and most competitive mobile network services to their customers.
Colocation
One of LATIS’s main goals is to increase telecom infrastructure sharing in the Kingdom and beyond. Instead of duplicating infrastructure investments, LATIS maximizes efficiency, utilization of tower and ground space, and power consumption by facilitating colocation of multiple operators’ equipment on the same site. Among the critical benefits of this approach is cutting costs for operators, accelerating time to market, and minimizing the carbon and visual footprints.
Operation and Maintenance
LATIS delivers operation and maintenance services to its infrastructure country wide. LATIS ensures the highest availability and reliability of its sites to its customers through committed KPIs and long-term service level agreements. LATIS’ experience in delivering critical infrastructure services to its portfolio across the Kingdom enables it to deliver similar O&M services to other infrastructures owned by other mobile operators and governmental and private sectors.
Future Service Offerings
LATIS intends to extend its services to IBS (in building solutions), DAS (distributed access systems), smart cities, smart poles, edge computing, and IOT services. LATIS is open to cooperate with partners and developers to deliver such services.
