Over 25 years of experience in the telecom and ICT industries. Khaled’s previous roles include Executive Advisor at TAWAL, VP Operations at IHS Towers, VP Managed Services Practice at Ericsson as well as CEO and COO roles at Zain Group and Orascom Telecom. Khaled Muhtadi has a bachelor degree in Computer Science and a masters degree in Software Engineering from George Mason University.
Mubashar Nazar
Finance Director
Over 20 years of diverse experience across the ICT, Service and Financial industries and recently held senior roles within STC and Keuhne Nagel, KSA. He has been playing a leading role in the corporate finance, treasury, financial reporting & control and investment functions at large organizations. He was directly involved in the set-up of TAWAL and led the finance and related functions during the carve-out. and set-up phase He is a CFA charter holder and holds a Masters degree in Finance.
Faisal Alarifi
HR Director
Brings over 12 years of experience in Human resources management in Banking & Insurance sectors. He held HR advisor and other senior positions within SAB bank. He comes with a solid experience in HR management, strategic planning, talent development & coaching, business partnership and leadership. He holds bachelor & Master degrees in MIS & IT from the United Kingdom.
Esam Alnabrawi
Technical Director
Has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry and recently held leadership position with shabakkat and Zain. He was leading Zain Operation & Maintenance which includes passive infrastructure, NOC and IT. He is specialized in leading and managing telecom Projects including O&M and Network Rollout. He has a bachelor’s degree in Communication engineering.
Muhammad Ayub
IT Director
Brings over 25 years of experience in the Telecom, ICT, FMCG and Public sectors across Asia, Middle East and Africa. He has background in successfully establishing and overseeing the Technology sector for multiple greenfield projects and led numerous transformation projects. Ayub holds a master degree in computer science and an MBA. from Manchester University, UK
Mohammed Alsudairi
Commercial Manager
Brings 10 years of experience in the Telecom, IT and other Industries. He has background in Commercial Sector in STC Group and other companies. Mohammed has a Leadership Program from Michigan University, and has a Master Degree in Information System Technology from The George Washington University, USA.
